The formula

Pieces = cartons per container x pieces per carton, with the same volume-based container math.

Worked example

Carton length: 60 cm, Carton width: 40 cm, Carton height: 30 cm, Pieces per carton: 30, Container: 40ft high cube (68 m3 usable), Stacking utilization: 85 %. Result: Pieces per container = 24,060; Cartons per container = 802.
