Go first. Become an Intelactory Factory Partner.
Make your factory intelligent, Industry 5.0 ready and DPP ready. We are opening the Factory Partner Program to a small group of spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing and garment factories, starting in Bangladesh, with our team on your floor from the first day.
Why now
What changes when your factory becomes intelligent.
One view of the whole operation, passports built from live data, and a team that decides with the full picture in front of it.
Your whole operation on one screen
Orders, lines, stores, quality and buyers on one dashboard. When something needs attention, Intelactory shows you where to look first, so management can lead the whole factory with ease.
Digital Product Passports, built in
Every order can carry a Digital Product Passport made from your own production data, verifiable by QR and ready for the EU's ESPR rules.
Sustainability data as you produce
Energy, water and carbon are recorded as production runs, ready to share with your brands whenever you choose.
Stronger margins, order by order
Line output, fabric use and quality are visible while each order runs, so your team keeps more of every order's value.
Industry 5.0, your people in charge
AI suggests the plan and drafts the report. Your managers decide, with the reason behind every recommendation in front of them.
See how passports are built from production data on the Digital Product Passport page.
The opportunity
Go first, with our team beside you.
Partner factories get the platform, the onboarding and our team's time before the program opens wider, in a working arrangement built around your real orders.
Hands-on onboarding
Our team sets up Intelactory for your factory type with you: masters, process routes, stores and users. We train the people who will use it every shift and stay close through the first weeks of live use.
A say in what we build
Partner factories meet the product team on a regular cycle. Your ideas for the floor are heard, ranked and built, and you see what we decided and why.
A named contact
One person on our team who knows your factory, your orders and your people. Your questions go straight to them.
Who it is for
Five processes, each on its own scope.
Each factory type runs its own planning, production, stores and quality in Intelactory, so every team works on screens built for its own process. Groups that run several processes can bring them all.
- Spinning MillsFrom raw material to yarn, Intelactory connects production, stores, procurement, and finance, with full traceability built in.How it runs
- Knitting FactoriesProduction, stores, procurement, and finance on one backbone, with the traceability your buyers expect. How it runs

What we ask
Grow it together.
The best results come from real production. We ask each partner factory for a named champion who leads the rollout on site, live orders in the areas you choose to start with, and about an hour a month to share what is working and what to build next. A published case study is welcome and always your choice.

Questions
The Factory Partner Program, answered.
What does Industry 5.0 mean for a factory?
Industry 4.0 connected machines and data. Industry 5.0 adds people and resilience: software that helps your team decide, keeps a record of every decision, and tracks energy, water and waste alongside output. In Intelactory, AI recommends and your managers approve.
Will we be ready for Digital Product Passports?
Intelactory builds passports from the production, quality and traceability data your factory already records in it, and each passport can be verified by QR. Partner factories start recording that data from day one.
What is the Intelactory Factory Partner Program?
A program for textile and apparel factories that want to become intelligent, Industry 5.0 ready and DPP ready by running Intelactory in live production, with hands-on onboarding from our team, a named contact, and a regular say in what we build next.
Which factories can apply?
Spinning mills, knitting factories, weaving factories, dyeing factories and garment factories. A group that runs several of these can apply once and list its processes in the message.
Is the program only for factories in Bangladesh?
We are starting in Bangladesh. Factories in other countries can apply now, and we will tell you plainly whether we can support your region well before anything starts.
What does it cost?
Partner terms are agreed with each factory on the first call and depend on the factories and modules you run. Applying is free.
How is this different from the Affiliate Program?
The Factory Partner Program is for factories that use Intelactory themselves. The Affiliate Program is for consultants, agents and others who refer factories to Intelactory and earn commission on them.
What do you need from our factory?
A named champion on site who owns the rollout, real orders in the areas you start with, and about an hour a month for a review with our team.
Who can see our factory's data?
Only your organization. Each organization's data is isolated at the database layer and stays private to you.
What happens after we apply?
Our team reads every application and replies by email from [email protected] to set up a first call.
