The formula
FOB = (fabric + trims + CM + washing + testing) x (1 + commercial %) x (1 + profit %).
Worked example
Fabric per piece: 3.2 USD, Trims per piece: 0.8 USD, CM per piece: 0.9 USD, Washing / finishing: 0.15 USD, Testing / inspection: 0.05 USD, Commercial cost: 3 %, Profit: 10 %. Result: FOB per piece = 5.778 USD; FOB per dozen = 69.34 USD; Cost before profit = 5.253 USD; Profit per piece = 0.525 USD.
